Purchases, Shipping & Returns

(Sorry! I realize this is a lot to read, but it benefits us both.

​Making a Purchase:

At this time, all sales are restricted to United States domestic delivery locations.

 

Payment may be made using your Visa or MasterCard (debit or credit card), American Express, Discover cards which will be processed through my Square account. Square protects your payment information and at no time will they make your personal payment information available to me.

 

​​IMPORTANT Re: Internet/Remotes Sales Taxes:


​Oklahoma Residents: The Oklahoma Tax Commission requires the addition of state and local sales taxes to your total purchase including the shipping charges. Shortly after making your purchase, you will receive an invoice for the applicable tax amount for your location within this, our great state. (Because the amount can depend on the county and/or municipality in which you reside, I will be calculating it manually.) Unless other arrangements have been made, this additional payment is due within 3 business days of receipt of the invoice. Once this invoice is paid, your purchase will proceed to shipping.

All Other States: It's the buyer's responsibility to report and pay Use Taxes to your respective state. This usually occurs when you file your state taxes each year, but please check your individual state's revenue website for details.

Privacy:

  • I will never have access to your card or checking account information. This information is never shared with me by the payment processor (Square).

  • I will only use your contact and address information to communicate with you about your order and to ship it. You will not be receiving emails or mailers from me for any other reason unless you have opted in to subscribe to my email notification list.

Custom Design Requests:

Custom design requests are welcome. Once the design components and the price have been decided upon, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required prior to creating your order. Depending on the extent of the design, photos of the work in progress may be shared during the creation process. Due to the amount of time and work involved, there will be a limit of 3 alterations to the requested design prior to completion. Some alterations will, by their nature, be subject to price changes. If this is the case, you will be advised prior to the alterations.

 

Photos will be sent upon completion of the work for your approval. The final balance will then be due for fulfillment of your order.

  • Cancelling your custom order at any point in this process will forfeit your deposit.

 

  • Both the deposit and final payment will be billed via a Square invoice to your email.

 

Shipping

Ready to ship designs are mailed within 3-5 business days of payment via USPS First Class mail with tracking for $4.00.  (Custom requests will ship within 3-5 business days following final payment in full, also for $4.00.)

FREE USPS First Class SHIPPING on orders of $50.00 or more

or

FREE USPS Priority SHIPPING on orders of $75.00 or more.

 

  • Free shipping amounts include subtotal of purchase only, exclusive of shipping charges or applicable taxes applied at checkout.

Tracking numbers on all orders will be emailed to you once the package has been mailed. The USPS posted delivery schedule indicates delivery in 5- 7 business days, and may depend on your location. I am unable to guarantee on-time delivery according to this schedule once the package is in their possession.

I am only able to ship to the address shown on your payment transaction. Please make sure your address is current and accurate before completing your order. I cannot be responsible for lost packages shipped to an inaccurate or

outdated address. If packages are returned to me for an incorrect shipping address, I can re-mail the package to the corrected address at the cost of the additional shipping fee. An invoice will be sent to you for this amount and must be paid and show the corrected address on the transaction before the package will be re-mailed.

  • If you live in an apartment or condo building: please be sure to specify unit number or state "deliver to management office" in the extra address line if you do not have a secure mail box large enough to receive packages. (I generally use 5 x 9 in. bubble mailers unless the items purchased require a larger size. Priority mail is shipped in a padded flat rate envelope which is 9-1/2 x 12-1/2 in.) I cannot be responsible for packages left in an area open to the public or other residents.

  • See section Special Shipping Addresses section below for instructions on how to have your order shipped to a different delivery location.

Expedited Shipping Requests:

 

I will do my best to expedite purchases with a specifically requested delivery deadline, but these cannot be accommodated without sufficient advance notice (see first paragraph of Shipping section above) or guaranteed for on-time delivery once in the possession of USPS. This applies to both ready to ship and custom orders.

 

I can accommodate requests for USPS Priority Shipping with tracking for $7.50. USPS stated delivery is 2-3 business days, but they do not guarantee on-time delivery.

​​Lost or Stolen Packages:

I will work in tandem with you to track down any order not delivered within a reasonable time frame or when tracking shows delivered but the order has not been received. If USPS shows it has been delivered or not by the time it was expected, I will contact USPS while you contact your local carrier location.

Special Shipping Addresses:
 

If you wish to have a purchase shipped to a different address, you must add it as an alternate shipping address for the transaction by using the "Add a Note" section at checkout. At this time, I am only shipping to U.S. domestic delivery locations. I will also not ship to hotels or freight forwarders, nor will I be responsible for lost packages if the following guidelines are not followed:

  • See above information for apartment and condo building dwellers under Lost or Stolen Packages section above.

  • If you wish to have your order shipped to your work address, checkout note must specify a department, c/o Receptionist, c/o Front Office, etc., where applicable. I cannot be responsible for orders shipped without this information.

Returns and ​​Refunds

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I take pride in my designs and strive to always provide creations of excellent craftsmanship. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, returns are accepted once you have contacted me first , within 5 business days of delivery, using the Contact link above. (See below for exceptions regarding earrings.)

 

​All returns must be in new, unused original condition and properly packaged to prevent damage in transit, mailed within 7 business days of our contact and shipped back via USPS First Class mail with tracking. Refund of your purchase price will be processed within 5 business days to the credit/debit card account that was the original source of payment once I have received safe return of your item(s). I cannot refund in any other manner, i.e. cash, check, etc.

  • ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS IF ANY OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET.

Earring Returns:

  • Earrings made with ear wires, whether hooks or leverbacks, are eligible for return as they can and will be replaced with new ear wires due to hygiene concerns.

  • Post earrings are not eligible for return as they cannot be refitted with new posts.

Damaged or Defective Items:

I ship all items carefully packaged to prevent damage while in the hands of the USPS. However, should damage occur while in transit, please use the Contact link above, within 5 business days of delivery, to let me know your item arrived damaged.

  • DO NOT THROW AWAY PACKAGING. In some cases, damaged items and their packaging may be subject to requests for photographic or in-person inspection by the USPS or the insurer (if applicable.) Please follow all of their instructions including any requirements for sworn affidavits. Failure to cooperate with either will forfeit return for refund.

If your item becomes defective, regardless of which of us is at fault, if at all possible I will attempt to repair it to its original state at no additional charge for as long as you own it and I'm still in business.  Please use the Contact link above to arrange repair.
